IMCS had an engaging and fruitful dialogue with the NTUC U Associate (UA) on 12 June 2020 to discuss how Management Consultants can play an important role in assisting enterprises in their business transformation journey, especially during these uncertain times.
All 12 IMCS Council members attended the 1-hour session hosted by NTUC Assistant Secretary-General Melvin Yong.
The online dialogue also discussed how both IMCS and NTUC UA can encourage more management consultants to upskill. Even as Management Consultants help companies affected by business disruptions, they themselves may also be disrupted if they do not keep up with the rapid technological changes.
IMCS is looking forward to a collaboration with NTUC UA on programmes to better support our local management consultants.
